We are finalizing our full Terms of Service. Until they are published, the following principles apply to anyone signing up for or using NextStride.ai.
Pricing is staged for validation
No payment is collected through this site today. The plan you select at signup is saved with your account so that, when billing opens, your team starts on the tier you chose. We will give you advance notice — and a chance to change your mind — before any charge.
Acceptable use
You agree to use NextStride.ai for its intended purpose — planning practices, coaching athletes, and managing your roster — and not to attempt to disrupt the service, access other coaches’ data, or upload content that violates law or the rights of others.
Your content
Drills, sessions, plans, observations, and other content you create belong to you. We store them so you can use the product, and we will not sell or share them with third parties.
Changes
We will publish a more complete Terms of Service before charging anyone or accepting widespread use. Any material change will be communicated by email to the address on your account.
